Recently, in France Truong Thanh has been granted by the Business Initiative Directions (B.I.D.) the award ”International Platinum Star For Quality 2007”, the most prestigious one in the award system of “International Star For Quality”. |
B.I.D. was B.I.D. was established in Madrid – Spain by the business leaders from more than 90 countries all over the world. Yearly, they select and award the companies or leaders with a proven commitment to quality and in continuous quest for excellence towards customers through attention to products and services. |
Candidates for “International Platinum Star For Quality 2007” were selected from the companies which received the award “International Star For Quality” before. The award is the record for efforts and achievements of the companies and is based on 17 major criteria such as leadership, management, business excellence, sustainability, customer satisfaction, innovation, after-sales services, R&D,… Truong Thanh Furniture Corporation is the only one in Vietnam wood processing industry to win “International Platinum Star For Quality 2007”. Actually, Truong Thanh has applied very early the quality control system ISO 9001:2000 into its operation, the Chain of Custody (CoC), the standards for social ethics and environment. In the present, Truong Thanh has a team of more than 100 internal auditors in the Compliance Division who help evaluate its internal competence regularly to ensure its continuous and sustainable development. |
